  Junichi Kurose

  Co-founder & CEO

  Kurose was educated at the University of Tsukuba and received a master's degree at Kobe University. He joined Axyz Co., Ltd. as a director and engaged in SaaS development and sales. Sold the company and joined Internet Infinity Inc. and TeamSpirit Inc. He was in charge of business development, sales, and marketing. Both companies have grown tremendously and have been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. After serving as a countrywide lead manager for Ginzamarkets, Inc., he founded StoreHero Inc. in 2019.

  Hiromu Sasaya

  Co-founder & COO

  While attending the University of Tokyo, he was in charge of launching a CtoC business overseas at BeeCruise Inc. He co-founded StoreHero Inc. Graduated from the University of Tokyo in 2020.

  Shinsuke Sakamoto

  Chief Growth Partner

  After graduating Waseda University, he was engaged in a large scale website development as a Designer/Director/Project Manager. Then, joined Recruit Technologies to support UI/UX designs for a new product development and Cookpad Inc. as project management and business development director for the renewal of their iOS application. He started his new journey with StoreHero from 2021.

  Hidenobu Masuyama

  Joined Andersen Consulting, currently known as Accenture in 1993. After his career at Ernst & Young and SunBridge Inc., joined TeamSpirit Inc. in 2011 as a board member. In 2018, he led TeamSpirit to be a listed company on TSE Mothers and left the company in November 2020 as he finished his term. Became the Director of StoreHero in February 2021.

  Paul McInerney

  Director of board

  Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 1997 and co-led digital business building and corporate venture capital investing efforts. Paul joined McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo Office in 2002, elected Partner in 2007 and Senior Partner in 2014. After leading McKinsey & Company’s Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales Practice and McKinsey Analytics Asia, until February 2021 Paul was the Leader of McKinsey & Company’s Consumer & Retail Practice and Managing Partner of QuantumBlack Japan. Paul joined Incubate Fund as a General Partner in March 2021. Became the Director of StoreHero in May 2021.

  Joined Andersen Consulting, currently known as Accenture in 1996. After his career at Skylight Consulting Inc., entered the Graduate School of Law of Hitotsubashi University in 2004. Certified as a lawyer in 2008. Partner at Uchida & Samejima Law Firm from January 2013, then at City Lights Law from December 2017.
