ReadyAlertHero 利用規約

1. 総則

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StoreHero（以下「当社」）が提供する Shopify アプリ「ReadyAlertHero」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。マーチャント（以下「利用者」）は、本アプリをインストールした時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. サービス内容

本アプリは、Shopify ストアに以下の機能を提供します。

  • 在庫切れ商品の再入荷通知の登録受付と、在庫復活時の Shopify Flow トリガー発火
  • 発売前商品の発売開始通知の登録受付と、発売日時到達時の Shopify Flow トリガー発火
  • 通知配信実績のレポート表示

3. 個人データの取り扱い（データ処理）

本アプリは、利用者の Shopify ストアの顧客に関する個人データを、利用者の指示の範囲で処理します。当社は個人データの処理者、利用者は管理者として、以下に従います。

  • 処理するデータ: Shopify 顧客 ID、商品 ID / バリアント ID、通知種別、配信履歴、メールマーケティング許諾状態。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所等の直接識別情報は保存しません。
  • 処理の目的: 本アプリの通知機能の提供、および配信実績レポートの作成に限定します。
  • 第三者提供: 当社は処理した個人データを外部の第三者に販売・提供しません。
  • 保管・削除: 詳細は当社プライバシーポリシーに従います。

4. 料金

本アプリの利用料金は Shopify App Store の掲載内容に従います。課金は Shopify の課金システム（Billing API）を通じて行われます。

5. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリを法令または公序良俗に反する目的で利用してはなりません。

6. 免責事項

当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。

7. 規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本アプリの listing または当社サイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

ReadyAlertHero Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopify app "ReadyAlertHero" ("the App") provided by StoreHero ("we", "us"). By installing the App, the merchant ("you") agrees to these Terms.

2. The Service

The App provides the following features to Shopify stores:

  • Back-in-stock subscription capture and a Shopify Flow trigger on restock
  • Coming-soon subscription capture and a Shopify Flow trigger at launch time
  • Notification delivery reports

3. Personal Data Handling (Data Processing)

The App processes personal data about your store's customers within the scope of your instructions. We act as the processor and you as the controller:

  • Data processed: Shopify customer ID, product/variant ID, trigger type, delivery history, and email marketing consent state. We do not store directly identifying data such as name, email address, phone number, or address.
  • Purpose: limited to providing the App's notification features and generating delivery reports.
  • Third parties: we do not sell or share processed personal data with external third parties.
  • Retention/Deletion: per our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Fees follow the App's Shopify App Store listing and are charged via Shopify's Billing API.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted to the App listing or our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over our location for the first instance.
