Happy New Year 2022! This is Kurose from StoreHero. Thank you for your continued support this year.
2021 flew by before we could even look back, and StoreHero is now entering its third year. Up until a year ago, it was just Kurose and Sasaya running things, but as of January 2022, we have grown into a team of 11 employees.
In 2022, we will be focusing on the following two priorities:
- Doubling down on growth solution development to become the No. 1 vendor in Shopify x Growth.
- Building a system where every StoreHero team member can work joyfully and at high performance.
The first has been a constant pursuit since our founding, while the second is a new initiative that came with our team's growth.
As we began thinking about delivering a globally No. 1 growth solution, we realized that updates were needed across many aspects of how we work — including our work processes, information sharing, internal tools, and hiring practices. We added this focus in the second half of 2021.
Both are works in progress, but we have been enjoying the journey since 2021.
In 2022, we remain committed to delivering results in Shopify x Growth while building a high-performing team that loves what they do. We would be grateful for any advice or support you can offer.
