  Junichi Kurose

  Co-founder & Representative Director CEO

  After graduating from the University of Tsukuba and completing his master's degree at Kobe University, he joined Axiiz Inc. As a director, he was involved in the development and sales of SaaS and oversaw the sale of the company. He then joined Internet Infinity Inc. and TeamSpirit Inc., where he was responsible for business development and sales/marketing, and both companies subsequently went public. After serving as Country Manager of Ginzamarkets Inc., he founded StoreHero Inc. in 2019.

  Taku Sasaya

  Co-founder & Director COO

  While at the University of Tokyo, he served as the business lead for a B2C overseas business launch at BeeCruise. He then co-founded StoreHero Inc. He graduated from the University of Tokyo in 2020.

  Hidenobu Masuyama

  Director

  Joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1993. After Ernst & Young and Sunbridge Inc., he became a director of TeamSpirit Inc. in 2011. As Vice President, he led the company to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2018. He resigned upon the expiration of his term in November 2020, and joined StoreHero as a director in February 2021.

  Paul McInerney

  Director

  Joined Recruit in 1997. Moved to McKinsey in 2002 and was promoted to Senior Partner in 2014. He has served as Head of the Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales Group, Head of the Asia Pacific Analytics Group, Managing Partner of QuantumBlack Japan, and Head of the Asia Pacific Consumer & Retail Group. In March 2021, he became a Managing Partner of Incubate Fund. In May 2021, he joined StoreHero as a director.

  Shinsuke Sakamoto

  Executive Officer / Chief Customer Experience Officer

  After graduating from Waseda University, he spent approximately 14 years as a designer, director, and PM on large-scale website development projects at several web production companies. He then worked on UIUX for new feature development of existing services at Recruit Technologies, before serving as Project Manager for the full renewal of the iOS app and Business Development Director at Cookpad. He joined StoreHero Inc. in 2021.

  Takeshi Torii

  Executive Officer / Chief Technology Officer

  After graduating from Ibaraki University and working as a developer at several companies, he joined Bascule Inc. He launched a TV-synced platform from scratch and handled mission-critical projects. He then transferred to HAROiD, a joint venture between Nippon TV and Bascule, where he directed, developed, and operated numerous TV-synced projects based on the platform. The business was subsequently succeeded by TVer Inc. He joined StoreHero Inc. in 2022.

  Kazuki Nagata

  Executive Officer / Chief Product Officer

  After graduating from Keio University, he worked in asset management at Sompo Japan Insurance. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan. While attending Keio Business School, he established RETAIL INNOVATION Inc. He self-taught programming to develop services and launched businesses including a photography matching service for children. He joined StoreHero Inc. in 2022.

  Masahiro Ito

  Auditor

  Joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1996. After Skylight Consulting Inc., he entered the Hitotsubashi University Law School in 2004 and was admitted to the bar in 2008. Since January 2013, he has been a partner at Uchida & Samejima Law Office. Since December 2017, he has been at City Lights Law Office.
