Background of the Consignment Sales Plan

StoreHero has been providing "Commerce Hack," a Shopify-specialized growth hack support service designed to help Shopify store owners rapidly monetize their stores and achieve independent operations.

In the course of delivering Commerce Hack, we encountered businesses that manufacture high-quality products but lack experience in online and offline sales and marketing, or face staffing shortages — making it difficult for them to take the leap into e-commerce or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) even with consulting and advisory support.

In response, we decided to offer the "Consignment Sales Plan," under which StoreHero handles all operations except manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics — specifically market research, Shopify store development, marketing, and sales — allowing business owners to focus entirely on developing and manufacturing great products.

Furthermore, we aim to incorporate customer feedback into product development and jointly explore new markets both domestically and internationally.

We are already in preparation with multiple manufacturers and wholesalers under this plan, and we will continue to partner with businesses that have strong products to develop new markets together.

Consignment Sales Plan Pricing

The monthly fee is revenue-share based. The commission rate relative to sales will be presented after calculating a preliminary revenue simulation in advance, and will be finalized upon mutual agreement.
*Additional costs such as Shopify subscription fees, Shopify App fees, payment processing fees, and advertising expenses will be charged separately.
