3/11 (Wed) Free Admission | Shopify × Growth Meetup — From "Sustaining" to "Scaling" Subscriptions: A Deep-Dive Seminar on Subscription Growth

At this Growth Meetup, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Yusuke Ando, CEO of Huckleberry Inc., as our guest speaker.

Event Overview

This seminar focuses on the theme of "Subscriptions × Growth" — going beyond simply "maintaining" recurring purchases to exploring how to actively scale them.
Subscriptions come in many forms: beyond physical product sales, different business models and application patterns emerge depending on how you design your program. We will cover a wide range of subscription case studies and explain growth strategies and practical approaches for each model.
In the growth section, we will incorporate the perspectives and expertise of StoreHero — a company that has supported numerous e-commerce and subscription businesses — covering:
· Key points to nail during the launch phase
· Tactics for overcoming growth plateaus
· Frameworks for improving LTV and reducing churn
and more real-world, hands-on know-how from the field.
This seminar is designed for anyone who wants to learn about subscriptions systematically and connect that knowledge to business growth — whether you are a beginner just starting out with subscriptions, or an operator who is already running a program and looking for your next growth strategy.
