[Bio]
After graduating from Monash University in Australia, Rieko gained experience launching overseas branches of Japan's largest apparel retailer and working at a major US-based IT travel company. In 2017, she joined Shopify Japan as one of its founding members, covering a wide range of functions including business development, product, partnerships, PR, marketing, and localization. After leaving in 2019, she founded ISSHONI LLC, providing market entry and e-commerce consulting & advisory services to overseas investors, major e-commerce platforms, and enterprise marketing teams. She joined Dotdigital in 2023 and currently serves as Country Manager for Japan.

[Bio]
Oscar has been involved in the e-commerce industry since graduating, and this marks his sixth year in the field. He has worked in sales across various solution providers covering areas such as product photography workflow optimization, multilingual web support, and online customer service. He joined Stack Inc. in December 2022, where he handles overall sales operations and occasionally takes on PR responsibilities. He recently developed a passion for fashion and enjoys subscribing to POPEYE magazine every month.
