Hiroki began his career as a broadcast engineer at NHK before transitioning to the internet advertising industry. After working at a major advertising agency, he joined Anagram Inc. (now a subsidiary of Feedforce Group Inc.) as a founding-era member, where he spent over 11 years. In September 2023, he went independent and founded Yuwai Inc. Centered on performance advertising, he provides broad support for companies' digital customer acquisition, including data feed utilization and measurement platform strategies.

He has supported advertising operations across a wide range of industries including e-commerce, staffing services, and B2B. He currently serves as the Head of the company's Vertical Short Video Business Division.
