Announcement of New Director Appointment

StoreHero Inc. is pleased to announce that Hidenobu Masuyama has been appointed as a Director effective February 2021.

Hidenobu Masuyama

Joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture Japan Ltd.) in 1993. After working at Ernst & Young and Sunbridge Inc., he was appointed Director of TeamSpirit Inc. in 2011. As Vice President and Director, he led the company to its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2018. He left the company upon the expiration of his term in November 2020, and was appointed Director of StoreHero Inc. in February 2021.

Strengthening Organizational Structure

Since our founding in November 2019, StoreHero has been dedicated exclusively to Shopify with the mission of turning commerce businesses into heroes, providing consulting, store development, and app development services to support a wide range of companies.

By welcoming Masuyama — who guided TeamSpirit Inc. to its public listing — as a Director, we will continue to expand our business and further strengthen our organizational structure.
