While providing growth hack consulting for Shopify stores, StoreHero encountered cases where merchants wanted to offer online customer service but could not take the plunge due to staffing and operational challenges.

StoreHero has therefore decided to provide a system that streamlines the operations of online customer service using video communication tools such as Zoom and Whereby, exclusively for Shopify stores enrolled in our Commerce Hack service.
