We have been actively communicating with customers through Shopify Plus, deepening our understanding of them, and working to grow our base of loyal customers.

Mr. Takayuki Sakakibara, Group Leader, Domestic Sales Promotion Group, International Brand Sales Division, Albion Co., Ltd.

[Biography]
Joined Albion Co., Ltd. in 1990. After 20 years of wholesale sales to major cosmetics stores and department stores nationwide, he moved to the International Business Division, which oversees domestic and international marketing and sales for licensed brands. He currently manages the domestic operations of ANNA SUI and PAUL & JOE. Since 2019, he has also been responsible for launching and operating the company's own online stores, having established online store sites for four brands.

Mr. Junichi Kurose, Representative Director & CEO, StoreHero Co., Ltd.

[Biography]
After graduating from the University of Tsukuba and completing his graduate studies at Kobe University, he joined Axiiz Inc. As a board member, he was involved in the development and sales of SaaS products before the company was sold. He subsequently joined Internet Infinity Inc. and TeamSpirit Inc., where he was responsible for business development, sales, and marketing — both companies later went public. After serving as Country Manager at Ginzamarkets Inc., he founded StoreHero Co., Ltd. in 2019.
