[Shopify x Growth Ecosystem Partnership – Part 1] StoreHero Announces Business Partnership with Stack Inc., Developers of Shopify Apps "Appify" and "VIP"

As the first installment of the Shopify x Growth Ecosystem Partnership series, we are pleased to announce a business partnership with Stack Inc., the company behind Shopify apps "Appify" and "VIP."

Six years have passed since Shopify entered the Japanese market, and as the number of merchants continues to grow, powerful Shopify apps and Shopify-related services have emerged domestically. StoreHero, which received the "Inspiring Partner of the Year 2023 Japan" award given by Shopify Japan to Shopify partner companies with outstanding achievements and recognition, is strengthening the integration between its growth platform "StoreHero" and various Shopify apps, and working to build a Shopify x Growth ecosystem in Japan.

For our first partnership, we have begun collaborating with Stack Inc., the company behind the "VIP" app for building loyalty programs.

What This Partnership Enables

① Growth Support for Stack's Existing Merchants

• Enabling data integration between the growth platform "StoreHero" and the loyalty program building app "VIP."
• Providing services including loyalty program redesign to achieve business goals, CRM app redesign, and implementation of VIP, CRM apps, and Shopify Flow.

② Promoting the Introduction of the "VIP Membership Program" to StoreHero's Existing Merchants

• Supporting the introduction of loyalty programs utilizing the growth platform "StoreHero" and "VIP" from initial design through implementation.
• Actively sharing know-how accumulated through the use of "StoreHero" and "VIP" regarding loyalty program and CRM operations.

Shopify merchants will be able to more effectively leverage membership programs to achieve their business goals.

Free Online Seminar for Shopify Merchants to Celebrate the Partnership

To celebrate the partnership between StoreHero and Stack Inc., we will be hosting an online seminar on Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 15:00 to 16:30. We will explain key points for introducing loyalty programs using VIP, reviewing existing programs, and managing operations.

We believe this will be valuable for those who are currently running loyalty programs and facing challenges, as well as those considering revising their programs.
