To celebrate the partnership between StoreHero and Stack, we are hosting a free online seminar for Shopify merchants. StoreHero CEO Kurose and Stack's Sakui will provide a wide-ranging discussion on loyalty programs, which have been attracting significant attention in recent years.

We will collect questions about loyalty program usage from seminar participants in advance and determine the session content based on those responses. Example topics we are considering include:

After graduating from the University of Tsukuba and completing his master's degree at Kobe University Graduate School, he joined Axiiz Inc., where he served as a director overseeing SaaS development and sales before the company was acquired. He subsequently joined Internet Infinity Inc. and TeamSpirit Inc., contributing to business development, sales, and marketing — both companies later went public. After serving as Country Manager at Ginzamarkets Inc., he founded StoreHero Inc. in 2019.

After graduating from university, he joined Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. as a new graduate and worked in the Tsutaya Bookstore division, overseeing operations at Daikanyama Tsutaya Bookstore. He was appointed as the first store manager of the discount smartphone service "TONE Mobile," served as the sales manager for audio and lifestyle goods, and was involved in co-hosted events and product planning with Airbnb and Disney. He then joined Ichinana Kilogram Inc., where he led the launch of multiple D2C brand businesses and served as head of corporate planning before becoming Executive Officer and CRO. In April 2022, he joined Stack Inc. as the first business team member and currently serves as Head of Customer Success, supporting over 200 brands.
