Share Reviews Across Product Groups
You can share reviews across multiple products. If you've separated products by color or model as individual listings rather than variants, sharing reviews between them is often a better experience for customers. Product groups can be created manually or generated automatically based on product type, tags, vendor, and more.

Review Restrictions
As reviews accumulate, they become helpful for customers evaluating products — but since stores can't fully control what gets posted, Judge.me provides features to limit submissions and visibility to prevent any issues.
Spam Protection
To prevent spam, you can restrict reviews to those submitted via review request emails only. You can also hide reviews flagged as spam (Judge.me uses a tool called OOPSpam to detect spam).
Personal Information
If a review contains personal information, you can choose to hide only the personal data within the review, or hide the entire review. Judge.me uses Google Cloud DLP to detect whether a review contains personal information.
Offensive Language
Similarly, you can choose whether to hide reviews that contain offensive language. The blacklist of offensive words can be customized per store.

Review Requests
Judge.me lets you send review request emails to encourage buyers to leave reviews, and the review request feature comes with several handy configuration options.
Post-Shipment Review Requests Only
While Judge.me lets you schedule the timing of review requests, a particularly useful option when delivery timelines vary by product is Delivery-based requests. This prevents review request emails from being sent until the product has been shipped. It ensures that for pre-orders, made-to-order items, or anything with a long lead time before shipment, the review request isn't sent before the customer actually receives the product.

Prioritizing Products in Review Requests
When a customer purchases multiple items in a single order, certain email templates allow you to request reviews for multiple products at once. When an order contains many items, you can set how many products to request reviews for and how to prioritize them. This lets you focus review collection on the products that matter most to you.

Coupons
To encourage review submissions, you can issue coupons to customers who leave a review. Just like standard coupons, you can apply restrictions on minimum order amount, usage count, and expiration period. You can also issue coupons exclusively to customers who submit photo reviews, incentivizing higher-quality content.

Referrals
You might think of Judge.me purely as a review app, but it also has a referral (friend/acquaintance referral) feature. When someone makes a purchase via a Judge.me-generated referral URL, both the referrer and the referred customer can receive a coupon. For straightforward referral programs, Judge.me's built-in referral feature is more than sufficient.

Rich Snippets and Feeds
Judge.me also provides rich snippets to display your review scores and counts in Google search results, as well as supplemental feeds to reflect reviews in Google Shopping ads and Performance Max campaigns. Showing your review ratings and counts in search results and shopping listings can boost your click-through rate (CTR).

Social Push
Reviews collected through Judge.me can also be automatically posted to Instagram or X. You can limit posts to photo reviews or high-rated reviews only. This makes it easy to showcase your product reputation on social media.

UGC
There's also a feature to display Instagram posts on your site. These can include not only your own brand's posts, but also UGC (User-Generated Content) posts that mention your account. Dedicated apps exist for this purpose, but if you simply want to link Instagram posts to products on your homepage and drive traffic, this feature is plenty.
